Visual journaling is a combination of a written journal and a sketchbook; it’s an artistic playground for personal reflection.

This class leads you through a crash-course in basic acrylic painting in a fun and relaxed learning environment.  

Students will spend time developing their artistic intuition as they learn new techniques, explore their own ideas, and are given space to nurture their own voice as an artist.

Our goal in this class is developing as an artist by learning to think and work as an artist, rather than just following a set of steps to produce the same pictures as the rest of the room.  You are an artist, this space is your studio, and in it we will explore the question: what do artists do?
